received more than the sum of £25 offered.

I am satisfied that deceased left a wife,

daughter and mother who were dependent on him and I

would suggest that compensation might be granted to

the extent authorized by the Workmen's Compensation

Acts, which, I am advised is limited to a sum equal

to three years' earnings with the employers or £150

whichever is the larger subject to a maximum of

£300 in any case.
